Oak & Steel brings together the teams behind MikeConn Construction and Alpha Carpentry & Renovations to deliver considered residential builds and renovations across Kildare, Dublin and the surrounding areas.

Combining extensive construction experience with specialist craftsmanship, we manage every element of the build with one clear standard from start to finish.

Two Areas of Expertise. One Shared Standard.

MikeConn brings the knowledge and on-site efficiency needed to deliver complex construction projects to a consistently high standard.

Alpha brings a more bespoke approach to renovations, attic conversions and custom carpentry, with an emphasis on thoughtful design.

Having worked together across a number of projects, the teams recognised the opportunity to bring these strengths together: experienced construction delivery, precise craftsmanship and a more considered approach from start to finish.

That approach became Oak & Steel.

  • We take the time to understand the property, the plans and how the finished space needs to work. Every detail is considered through both a construction and design lens before work begins.

  • Clear project management keeps each stage moving efficiently. We coordinate the people, timelines and decisions involved, with experienced oversight and a hands-on presence throughout the build.
